During your study at Australian Pacific College, some students might find interests in other areas and would like to transfer their courses.
Before submitting your request
If you are on a student visa, please make sure you check on Department of Home Affairs website or consult your migration agent. It is important to make sure that you continue to meet the conditions of your visa.
Some courses, such as Certificate IV in TESOL and Design courses, might have higher tuition fees compared to other courses. Please consult Student Care if you are unsure.
Preparing your documents
To request a change of course, you will need to provide:
- A completed and signed APC Course Variation Form
- A Statement of Purpose, explaining your reasons for changing your course.
Please send the completed documents to info@apc.edu.au to submit your request.
After receiving your documents, our team will assess them carefully and consider your specific circumstances to determine an outcome. Submitting the documents does not guarantee that your request will be approved. You will generally receive an outcome via email in two business days.
If your request has been approved, you will receive your revised Letter of Offer via email. You will have to sign your new Letter of Offer and return it to us by email. Please make sure you read the letter carefully and sign all pages that require a signature.
