Below are the common reasons why you may be blocked from timetable collection.
1. Mid-term students
If you are enrolled to start in mid-term, you do not need to collect your timetable. Your timetable will be sent to you via email closer to the course start date. Please ensure that your contact details on Student Portal are up to date.
2. Outstanding fees
If you have any outstanding fees, you will not be able to collect your timetable. Please follow the payment methods here to make your payment. Please note, it generally takes up to three business days for your payment to be cleared on Student Portal.
3. Intervention meeting
If you had Unsatisfactory Course Progress in the previous term, you must attend an intervention meeting before collecting your timetable. Please refer to the email we sent on how to book an intervention meeting. You also can find out more about course progress by watching the video here.
4. Online orientation
If you are starting your first term with us, you need to complete your online orientation and verify your USI (Unique Student Identifier) on Student Portal before collecting your timetable. Please refer to your orientation email for details.

5. Entry requirements have not been met
If you are starting a new course, it is important to check if you have met the entry requirements. You can refer to the APC website for the entry requirements of each course. If you would like to provide documents to demonstrate your Academic or English level, please send them to info@apc.edu.au via email. If you have Not Yet Competent prerequisite subjects, please contact us via live chat at apc.edu.au or email (info@apc.edu.au) for further information.
6. Failed prerequisite subjects
If you have failed prerequisite subjects, you will not be able to enter the next term or next course. Please refer to your email or contact us via live chat at apc.edu.au or email (info@apc.edu.au) for further information.
7. Study Plan
If you have a credit transfer or have arranged a special study plan, you are not able to a collect timetable by yourself. Contact us via live chat at apc.edu.au or email (info@apc.edu.au) for assistance.
8. Late timetable collection
If you have not collected your timetable during the timetable collection period, you will have to contact student care via Live Chat to collect your timetable. A $100 late timetable collection fee will apply. You can refer to the academic calendar on the timetable collection period.
