Below are the common reasons why you may be blocked from timetable collection.
1. Mid-term or Certificate II in Business students
If you are enrolled in a Certificate II in Business course or you are enrolled to start in mid-term, you do not need to collect your timetable. Your timetable will be sent to you via email. Please ensure that your contact details on Student Portal are up-to-date.
2. Outstanding fees
If you have any outstanding fees, you will not be able to collect your timetable. Please follow the payment methods here to make your payment. Please note, it generally takes up to two business days for your payment to be cleared on Student Portal.
3. Intervention meeting
If you had Unsatisfactory Course Progress in the previous term, you must attend an intervention meeting before collecting your timetable. Please refer to an email we sent on how to book an intervention meeting. You also can find out more about course progress by watching the video here.
4. Online orientation
If you are starting your first term with us, you need to complete your online orientation and verify your USI (Unique Student Identifier) on Student Portal before collecting your timetable. Please refer to your orientation email for details.
If you are still unsure why you are blocked from timetable collection, please contact student care on Live Chat (apc.edu.au) or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. Entry requirements have not been met
If you are starting a new course, it is important to check if you have met the entry requirements. You can refer to the APC website for the entry requirements of each course. If you would like to provide documents to demonstrate your Academic or English level, please send it to email@example.com via email. If you have Not Yet Competent prerequisite subjects, please contact us via livechat on apc.edu.au or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for further information.
6. Late timetable collection
If you have not collected your timetable during the timetable collection period, you will have to contact student care via Live Chat to collect your timetable. A $100 late timetable collection fee will apply.
