Your payment may be shown as outstanding for two reasons:
1. The payment has not been cleared yet.
If you transferred your fees to the APC bank account or via Bpoint, payments may take up to 2 working days to be cleared in our system. If you transferred payment to your agency, it may take longer to reach us.
2. You may not have provided your student number (S400*****) or (CSxxxx) in the description of payment.
If you believe this is the case, please send a copy of your proof of payment and your student ID number to email@example.com.
